We come to site and review what installation is in place and review your current maintenance system.

We provide a tailored Quotation to satisfy your individual buildings requirements in terms of maintenance

Create Maintenance file

On the acceptance of the quotation we start to produce a Building Maintenance file which includes, Electrical Installation Condition Reports

Emergency Lighting Reports

Fire Alarm Reports

Thermal Imaging

Step 4


We carry out any recommendations that have been highlighted in any of the reports to bring your installation up to a satisfactory standard.

Step 5


The hard works done, we now set up on going periodic reminders for all your services, so you don’t have to worry when the next inspections are due. This satisfies both your Insurance providers and the Health at Safety at work Regulations.
