We also carry out electrical design and installation as part of a design and build package. We would take an initial design brief and understand your electrical requirements and provide designs and electrical drawings as part of the project.

Our Sister Company
With the continued success of North East Electrical Ltd, it has allowed us to expand into the Smart Home industry and we have set up a new company called Novi Smart Home. Our two companies can work hand in hand to deliver some of the most bespoke projects in the North East.
We saw the potential in this fast growing industry in 2016 and re-trained our qualified electricians to become Loxone Smart Home engineers and have since designed and completed a number bespoke Loxone Smart Homes in the North East.
